The change is less about personality and more about decision order:

Facts first. Context second. Next action last.

I’m teaching it to treat my life like state, not isolated prompts. Local Indiana time is authoritative. Night shift means “today” and “tomorrow” have to be interpreted against waking blocks, not just calendar dates.

Sleep, Garmin data, runs, yard work, project progress, family plans, food prep, and work schedule all change the answer.

The useful part is not that it remembers more.

It is that it weighs the inputs before it responds.
