The call-in shift ended up being better than expected.

I spent some time talking with officers I do not usually get to work with, had a short one-on-one with someone who needed it, then came home and got some quiet time with Kelly.

A little Xbox, a little normal life, and now I’m ready for sleep.

Not a bad way to end a day that did not go as planned.
