Stepped back into Fourth of July boat patrol today.

The lake was busy. Had a broken-down boat to deal with, gave a couple rule reminders, and then Kelly led the decorated boat parade around the lake.

I took a break at the lake house, grabbed pizza, and we ate before the fireworks window.

After that we made a couple laps around the lake, but rain moved in so we docked. The fireworks crew showed up late, the weather did not cooperate, and everything was finally cancelled at 2130.

Now Kelly and I are home, showered, and relaxing in the bedroom.

Long day, but a good one.
