Kept today’s training controlled.

I ran 3.03 miles at a 9:01 pace. Slower than yesterday, more controlled, and still enough for Garmin to call it tempo work.

After that, I kept the lift where it needed to be: easy bike warmup, lateral raises, face pulls, curls, tricep extensions, calf raises, situps, and pushups.

No heavy ego lifting today. Just aimed effort.

Run done. Accessories done. Proof created without turning the day into punishment.
