I’ve realized the work I enjoy most is the work I already do when nobody is paying me to do it.

I build and manage websites. I work with WordPress and publishing systems. I test interfaces, find problems, define requirements, troubleshoot behavior, write documentation, manage releases, and use AI to help turn ideas into working systems.

Bonumark Stream has given me a place to do all of that on a real product.

I’m not trying to pretend I’m a traditional software engineer. My strength is somewhere between the user, the product, and the technology. I understand what something needs to do, I can work through how it should behave, I can test the hell out of it, and I can keep pushing until it works the way it should.

That is the kind of work I want to get paid to do.
