Cypher did not need another confidence boost.
It needed a stronger core.
The problem was not memory alone. It was authority, evidence, schedule truth, document continuity, and whether a stored record could be proven later by the same system responsible for answering.
That became the line.
No more “got it” as proof. No more correct-sounding answers without a trace. No more letting the model decide foundational facts from loose context.
Rebuilding Cypher’s core meant making the system earn trust the hard way.
